loviin_lee 215 Posted May 26, 2013 Share Posted May 26, 2013 I don't really believe in pills that help you lose weight ,but there are herbal medicines that help you eat less as you drink them before your meal so that you are not as hungry. My friend did that as her diet and it actually helped her, but she also exercised so I don't think anybody should believe in such thinks as pills that help you lose weight miraculously.
