She needs to stick with ancient Chinese dramas and movies and stop making those modern day ones, they don't suit her at all. I know she doesn't want to be pigeon holed into the fairy goddess roles anymore now that she's older, but those roles are seriously perfect for her.

I feel like she needs to get back into the race with the new generation fadans. sometimes it seems like she's in her own tier bc she got so famous so early and then settled down too early. her position in the showbiz is still pretty stable and she's made a name for herself even without recognition in drama, but i'm sure the reason why she got a lot less hot is because she's doing movies. her acting isn't improving any significantly and she's losing the television/younger market due to this. i think with the right role, she will be big again sighs

Her movies have never been big hits. She could very well be in another hit drama though. It's a shame.
