I'd recommend checking out askamanager.com. She gives really valuable advice for resumes and interviews that may help you in the future.

For my first job I didn't have to do an interview, just had to do a two day course and pass the examination for becoming a soccer referee. It's a good job in which I get exercise and learn how to deal with rowdy players and parents.

i think it depends where you apply really.

like i applied to tons of places and got nothing but i have my job now (same one for like five years for things might've changed idk) because i had connections with the boss that worked there

but like people who already commented said like if you apply at places that are just opening or places that are like extremely understaffed/desperate for staff they'll be more likely to hire you!

but im not saying that there's anything wrong with you tho it's just what i find with trying to get a first job is that some places don't like hiring people who don't have experience because then they'll have to train them more than they would with someone who has already had previous experience y'know?  it's happened to me lots of times

your best bet might be trying somewhere like a coffee shop (or maybe a movie theater)! a lot of people i know had first jobs there!

Haven't gotten a permanent job yet because not yet graduated but my first internship? Pretty difficult. Because I don't have job experience and I was only in my 2nd year, most places that I sent CVs didn't reply back. In the end I got an internship by competing in a business competition that has an internship prize.

After that? My 2nd and 3rd internship is pretty easy to get. It's true what people say : if you have relevant experience in your resume that are quantitatively more than the average, employers will want you. Also, use your connection (upperclassmen, professors, teachers, family members).

I really recommend reading a post from 80.000 hours (a career advice site) about how to get jobs, because for most people how they seek jobs is simply wrong or at least not recommended. An illustration from the post :

As you can see, most jobs are typically filled not from the application of random job-seekers that sent their CVs but from internal recommendations and other ways like that.

I got my first job last summer at a place I didn't really want to work at, but I didn't hear back from the other two places I applied and my dad wanted me to start working asap so I gave my application to this place and I literally got hired on the spot... I didn't even get a proper interview...
