On the same note though, the statements about Yoochun are also wrong. There was never a rape charge, there was an accusation, big difference. He was declared not guilty by both the police and the prosecution, whereas the first two accusers are on trial for false accusation and, for the first accuser, blackmail. The first accuser has handed in 8 apology letters to the court over the last two weeks, which means she admitted her crimes and is trying to get a lighter sentence. So, neither him nor Yoohwan did anything wrong.
