Looking forward to more variety shows appearance from Jun. 

I know, I'm really looking forward to their debut. The fact that they pulled off a great performance on a singing show just goes to show how talented they are. .

 

I'm glad that Jun has the opportunity to go to all these different variety shows now that he's promoting with UNB. KBS is definitely taking advantage of their shows and resources to promote them and I'm not complaining one bit lol. NH should take some notes dave.png

Exactly. Ukiss Japan has done a better job at promoting Ukiss and Jun's Korean activities than Ukiss Korea. I just don't get it. Speaking of, I'm overwhelmed by all the pictures and videos Ukiss Japan has been uploading on instagram from LINK promotions. ahmagahplz.png

The members have been wanting to do a Korean comeback for a long time now. Hopefully NH have learned something and will let them do more Korean promotions now that Jun is gaining recognition but knowing how the company is, that might be asking for too much.

Well this is the same company that ship them off after only one week of promotion for manmanhi, still so mad that song was not number one. With so much time have passed, you think they know better. Since I can rant forever about NH, I'm going to stop laugh.png

 

I'm overwhelmed too with UKiss Japan and also UNB. 

It's really frustrating. I really don't understand the company's decisions sometimes.

 

Lol I'm not used to being spoiled with so many updates at once. Poor Jun has been super busy lately, but he seems happy too. He just arrived in Korea alone. I'm wondering if he's going to take a break from Ukiss's activities to prepare for UNB's debut.

Once Jun officially debut in UNB, I wonder if it's possible for the other three to do a sub-unit?

Hehe I've thought about that too. Even if it's just three of them I wish they could release something since this is a big year for them. I'm not sure how likely it would be, but imagine if the three of them promoted a Korean version of "Head Up High."

LINK debuted at no. 3 on Oricon daily chart!

Not bad considering there were only two new songs on the album and it was released along with their Days in Japan vol.7 dvd which, by the way, ranked no. 12 on Oricon Daily DVD Music ranking.

 

 

U-kiss also appeared on nico nico live. I'm hoping some kind kissmes will share a video of their appearance since Ukiss are always hilarious when they visit the show. Jun seemed pretty energetic based on the clips I saw so hopefully he got a little bit of rest.

I'm sure we won't have to wait too long, their Japanese promotions are almost always being upload and sub. 

It's their older Korean videos that I'm still waiting rlytearpls.png

I'm so proud of them too. They've really built a loyal fanbase in Japan. I was actually worried that their support would decline a lot after Kevin left and Soohyun enlisted, but it's comforting to know that they're still getting lots of support.

 

I sure hope so. I know, it makes me sad to think of all the glorious Ukiss content that has yet to be uploaded or subbed. That's why I also feel super grateful when someone is willing to share/ sub Ukiss related things.

I was surprise Fly sold more then Painic since Kevin was gone, glad we don't have to worry.

I'm grateful too for our small but very loyal fanbase.

Exactly. I think Ukiss have definitely taken some hits with each member departure, but it's also amazing how far they've come even though the fanbase isn't very big.

 

By the way I probably won't be able to post here for a couple of days but I'll be back soon to talk more about ukiss hehe ohbi.png

I'm back! 

So here are a few things I missed over the past couple of days:

1.) Another message from Soohyun

Speaking of Soohyun, the other members honored their humble leader by eating Tetsu while they're in Japan, or maybe Soohyun got them hooked on Tetsu too.

 

 

2.) Ukiss members appreciating each other

Lol Jun's advice to Kijoong, "Kijung- ah, this world is a harsh place" Now why does that sound so familiar? Oh that's right

4.) Ukiss Japan did an instalive during Ukiss's live performance of No Regret and Compass!

91' Line did a live signing on periscope.

Ukiss is probably the only group that I will willingly watch an almost 3 hour video of with only three members and no subs. They're literally signing cds the entire time yet they still manage to be interesting.

Bittersweet it's ending, it was a good promotion run dave.png

So happy they uploaded the whole 3 hour video, I will watch it when I find time. 

It feels like this promotion period went by pretty fast. I'm really proud of them for doing so well as four members, especially Jun since he has to balance Ukiss and UNB schedules. I can't keep track of how many times he flew back and forth between Japan and Korea. Still missing leader Soohyun though and it's only been three months since he enlisted warstarplz.png

 

I noticed that ever since "Fly" promotions  Ukiss Japan has been doing more lives on instagram and periscope of Ukiss's promotions which is an absolute blessing for international fans.

I was expecting promotion to be short since UNB is debuting but still too fast.

I feel the same about Soohyun, time is going so slow when you are waiting for someone.

 

On a side note, I'm still waiting for my album, hope it come soon.

That's true. I honestly wasn't expecting Jun to promote with Ukiss this promotion period since he already had a lot going on with UNB. At the very most I thought he'd only attend a few activities like he did for "Fly" promotions. Even though it must have been difficult I'm glad they got promote as four for a while.

 

I hope you get your album quickly too. I'm sure it will be worth the wait.

Same. Whenever I see comments like that I'm like, are we listening to the same group? lol.

 I know. rlytearpls.png I love that video so much. The moment kissmes start singing is so powerful. Poor Jun went into full crybaby mode.

Wow Hoon already in the group for seven years, time flies. I remember I didn't like him at first since I was upset about Kibum being replace. Now I'm so happy Hoon is part of the group laugh.png

 

Do most Kissme don't like to hang out on forum? I see a lot of them on YouTube or twitter.

It's crazy how fast time flies. I can't say I experienced the same since I got into Ukiss after Hoon and Aj were added but I remember he seemed to be a lot more quiet compared to now hehe. Now he and Soohyun are the comedy duo of the grouplaugh.png 

 

I guess not ohdearplz.png I wish we had more kissmes around here to talk to. I would think forums are more convenient to talk to other fans, but like you said they seem to be more active on Youtube and twitter. I'm honestly still trying to figure out how to work all these social media sites, which is why I never really ventured out on other sites to communicate with other Ukiss fans lol.

Yeah I like the forum more too, everything is in one place. I was recently re-watching Mr. House Husband on KBS channel and there was so many comments about loving Eli and UKiss. Where are all those people lol

Exactly. I see a lot of those comments too. It's like I seem to see kissmes comment on videos here and there but there doesn't really seem to be a place where a lot of Ukiss fans constantly gather and chat about Ukiss updates, at least not that I know of.

Kevin is leaving After School ClubfD4JAZe.png I honestly haven't watched the show in a long time but he's been the MC for a while now. Too bad Ukiss or even UNB couldn't appear on the show one last time before he left.

 

In other news, Ukiss have a Korean schedule!!!

 

Since Jun will be promoting with UNB I wonder what song(s) they're going to perform. Probably manmanhani but I don't know if I can handle a 3 member version of manamanhani.warstarplz.png

Yeah, I'm used to the rappers changing but the song without Soohyun and Kevin who had the most lines will definitely seem strange.

  

I really want them to have another hit song. It was annoying whenever they show the group on a variety show, they still always used Manmanhani pv even though the members have change a lot.

It would definitely seem strange. On the bright side, Kiseop is bound to get more than two lines so that would be interesting.

 

I feel the exact same. As much as I like manmanhani, it sucks knowing that they have so many other great songs that have been overshadowed. I can't help but think of what Soohyun said when he appeared on King of Masked singer:

“I think people thought that we were a talentless group because of ‘Man Man Ha Ni [Am I That Easy?].’ We’ve released about six or seven albums since then, but there are a lot of people who don’t know that and it hurts my heart.†x
