Well, it seems that there's something with black people (I hope that's okay to say because in Australia it's not =X ) and watermelon eating in America?  Beast got backlash for one of their members appearing on a show with blackfaced makeup and had to do a watermelon eating contest or something.  I didn't watch it only saw articles of hate for Beast about it.  

 

It's just that majority of Americans think that the rest of the world knows everything about the USA but really we don't.  For example, some Americans think Independence day is an international public holiday...

I'm not sure how to explain it properly but I know Beast and Nu'est has them as well.  It's an official fanclub where you pay a fee to be an official fan (usually for 1 year).  You also get some perks like tickets to attend fanmeetings, priority tickets to their concerts, official merchandise, etc.  Depends on the company on what you get for being an official fan.
