When was the last time she interacted with them? Not saying Pledis is completely without fault, but it seems like the general consensus among veteran Playgirlz and Playboyz, from my backtracking through AS Daze + the AS main thread here + other sites like Omona seems to point towards toxic team chemistry at worst and simple business (aka prioritization of UEE's solo career) at best. It's a combination of group discord with Uee and Pledis wanting to focus on new gen groups/make way for their new girl group. Despite Seventeen/Nana/Uee's successes Pledis still has limited resources and are a small company. Uee has acted throughout AS promos many times in the past, so it's not like scheduling gets in the way too much. No excuse to not give Orange Caramel comebacks though. Wasn't the last Korean AS comeback two years before Seventeen even debuted though? They were already slowing down long before the new gen arrived. Pledis giving Nu'est two comebacks this years also kinda goes against the idea that they are focused on new gen only. Like ofc the company has to fund the comeback, but if the girl funding the company isn't cooperating, then what can they do other than oblige? I do remember reading that First Love actually was pushed back due to UEE's schedule. Am fuzzy on details though... is anyone else more familiar? But I agree with you on Orange Caramel. They did those weekly mini-concerts from May to September. Where did that money came from if the concerts were free? I think it came from the money that was going to be used on OC comeback.
