How can someone gain weight healthily if they are underweight?

You need to take more calories in than you burn.

You will not be satisfied by eating a lot, it's hard because your stomach cannot handle it. Look at the label on the back of the food you eat. Eat food with high calorie count per serving, so you can eat as much as you do now, and not forcing your body to accept more. And then increase ratio size over time, but this takes patience, don't increase it all immediately, or else your body will reject it. Good luck.

I had pretty bad depression this year and lost ton of weight (I'm 1.72 and in my worst I weigh ~ 49 kg) . Now I'm ~57kg. Important thing is not to stress out about it, because in the beginning everyone around me was constantly telling me how I need to gain weight, eat more and bla bla bla. So I put a lot of presure on myself and in the end from all this stress I lost more weight. So decided just to eat whatever I want and as much as I want.

You can eat all kind of pasta (my fave), it's cheap and a lot of calories. Bread, fruits, basicaly everything that you eat before weight loss and stay positive about it  :)

If you won't be active you will lose muscles and in the end you will lose more weight.

But as long as you eat more while losing muscle, you gain weight.

You lose weight by exercising and maintaining your diet.

I don't eat excessive calories but I gain so much and I'm annoyed by it.

Wow, I'm jealous.

How strange, maybe if you're serious about gaining any kind of weight then just eat late at night and often. Or eat rice. And bigger portions of food.

Then try getting back into the habit for a short while? If not you'd probably having to keep adding tiny bits of carbs/protein (idk which TBH since food shows talk about people who want recipes that helps gain weight healthily).
