They've done pd changes to breathe new life into it but that hasn't worked. the next logical step is change up the cast. sometimes that can be a big saving grace of a show - look at how much better season 3 of 1n2d is doing compared to season 2. SBS isn't giving up on the show just yet. people are upset with a beloved cast being swept aside, I get that. but they could easily just scrap the whole show at this point with the performance that it has been having. personally, I haven't enjoyed the show in years. I still try to watch an episode here and there but I can't tell you the last time I was actually able to finish watching a whole episode. They straight up murdered any chance this show had by firing 2 members like it was nothing. Maybe you didn't see them but RM had 2 episodes to send Gary off. 6 years together, teary letters and presents and shit, all very cute. Then some weeks later higher-ups decide to "sweep aside" 2 members to make up for the salary of one Kang Ho Dong and just in what universe that makes for a good new start? Luna5 489 Posted December 23, 2016 Share Posted December 23, 2016 the new PD is the epitome of stupidity to try to fire their two most popular members ,and think the fans and viewers would stay silent, the whole public, fans and media all were mad and angry, and rightfully so, and in the end karma hit him and the stupid ones with him faster then then he could have imagined, he got nothing except ruined the show! He should be forever grateful that SJH and KJK were so kindhearted to stay in RM until the end after this, that saved his and SBS's ass from an even bigger humiliation they would have faced, had they not returned, that's true loyality to the show and fans something this stupid PD could learn alot from! From what i see fans of the show have been fully aware of bad ratings and are generally dissatisfied with production. Those who still watch regularly(i included) basically watch it for the cast. I think majority expected RM to be done for quite some time. I mean we would have been sad one way or another cause we love them but it's SBS's fuck ups that made people mad.
