A female idol who has the potential to be the next Taeyeon if only she was in SM/YG/JYP

 

 

Gugudan, IOI Kim Sejeong.

She's an all-rounder idol who has excellent visual, talents, and she also has good sense for variety shows.

If only she debuted in one of three biggest companies in South Korea, she would have become the next Taeyeon..

She's doing all of the things to get her name out there by herself.

Of course, Gugudan will hit big in the future but still..

It's a pity (that she didn't debut in SM/JYP/YG).

 

 

But this doesn't mean that I'm looking down on Jellyfish and Gugudan.

I really wish all the best for Gugudan..

She's literally everywhere right now, appear on one program after another. Even in SBS & KBS morning news. While many idols awkward with senior/older celebrities, Sejeong is the opposite, she's comfortable with them, that's why she get lot of gigs.

well' IU & Eunji & Sistar Soyu are not from the big 3 but they did better than some artists from the big3, also some very talented female singers from the big3 couldn't hit big! like Luna & Wendy from SM, in SM it's only Taeyeon and super junior kyuhyun

I don't think Jellyfish have done a bad job with Sejeong, she goes on a lot of shows and her solo debut was a success. But Gugudan is underwhelming.

Hm... I think in regards to Taeyeon's popularity it wasn't really a matter of her being from SM... SM kind of got on the map w/ GG with Gee, right? So they struck gold and then Taeyeon got recognized as an amazing vocalist. Idk, something seems backwards about wishing she was from SM because not everyone in SM is recognized on Taeyeon level. Sejeong will do good regardless, I believe in her!!
