I was inspired to ask this after coming across a blogger who was 27 years old, living in Korea and teaching, who spends all her time going to fansigns and weekly shows. She said that her favorite thing to do on a sunday was going to inkigayo (or the other one can't remember) She he basically moved to Korea for oppa.  She also wrote that her "claim to fame" was that Eli and Kevin know her by first name (she's a ukiss fan).

Basically she has no plans to move out of Korea (she's been there for 3 years) and she's just going to continue doing her thing.

I was kinda like  :twitch:

Total second hand embarrassment tbh

Idk I think that it's fine to like Kpop casually until whenever but I think being a legit fan needs to end at 25 or earlier

what about you guys

where's the "there is no age limit"

do you think those fan club representative ahjummas cared about their age when they stood up to meet with 2PM during the Jay Park scandal? NO

do you think those Japanese housewives care about their age when they go to a TVXQ concert? NO

as far as i know i'lll be listening to K-pop, J-pop, and playing video games 4EVER!!

I don't think that there's really a set age for when to stop being a hardcore fan but (most) people will eventually grow out of it. I'm only 16 and I'm turning into more a casual listener these days.

But then again, some people may never grow out of it and to be fair, there isn't really a problem of being a fan of something whether you're old or young.

It's ok to follow kpop groups, it's just music... but, no butthurt after 17 is pretty good

K-pop is a music genre, you're never "too old" for music.

Don't lie to yourself guys, Kpop is not just about the music. It's all about visuals and selling the idols personalities as well.  :hoplz: That's why these huge fandoms are dedicated to counting every fart oppa has taken. If it was just about the music non of us would be on her discussing shit we would just be listening to the songs in our free time.
