_Joo 2,335 Posted December 21, 2016 Share Posted December 21, 2016 There seems to be a very loose storyline in the MV, and Nassun and Youngji are like the shadowy, cloaked masterminds putting the players (members) together and giving them clues to their roles. Nassun was also a co-writer and co-composer on the song, as others said. The MV starts with Youngji and her pocket watch, like, "Yes, it is time, muahahaha...." So first is Somin, who picks up the ringing pay phone. We can assume this is when she's told she's the Black Joker, as she's then seen looking at said picture and ripping it off the phone booth wall. J.Seph visits a bar where Nassun is playing Hold 'Em with some guys. We know it's Nassun because you see his mustache/hood after he throws his 10 and Ace (representing J.Seph) on the table. He leaves, passing by J.Seph and purposely dropping a lighter with a spade on it. (Note that J.Seph is specifically the Ace of Spades in all the marketing, not any other suit.) J.Seph picks the lighter/clue up. BM is in his apartment having visions of shiny, colorful lights and a king chess piece. He eventually gets up to leave and grabs a key with a crown keychain. We can assume he was clued into his role beforehand, as he's already in possession of the key to the batmobile car. Jiwoo is walking through an alley when she sees various posters of a Color Joker. She's doesn't get a phone call or personal visit like Somin and J.Seph, but nonetheless, she figures out her role. She also rips the Joker off the wall like Somin did. J.Seph swings by the phone booth to pick up Somin, and they make their way to the car. Jiwoo and BM are already there waiting for them. BM drives all of them to meet Youngji and Nassun on the rooftop. Maybe in the next MV the "D" member will inherit the pocket watch. On the same note, someone on YouTube analyzed the music video and the roles of the members. I believe they charted on Soribada(sp?), Genie, and Mnet chart. The album isn't being sold, so no physical sales. If it was being sold, I would've bought one TT TT iirc, didn't they chart @#100 on Melon before dropping? they're currently floating around the bottom of the top 500. it's not amazing but for a predebut single it isn't bad at all and I'm sure they'll only go up from here Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are three predebut releases (the first one being Oh NaNa with hidden member Youngji) so we'll have two more hidden members before they debut.
