YoungJi deserves bigger :-) But YoungJi has provided very powerful start for K.A.R.D. As has attracted to group of own fans and Kamilia. At least a half of the current support, is her merit. At the same time her participation was minimum, and she hasn't overshadowed other participants: good work of DSP. Upd. It is heavy to recognize reality, huh? They had to be together in Kara, but Somin wasn't lucky. On the other hand, Somin after all was lucky with the agency: seldom to whom allow to debut three times. Puretty, April, and now K.A.R.D. BM's personality, J.Seph's visual, Somin's aura & Jiwoo's cuteness but what will they do with the D for "hidden" in their group name?! - Is Youngji going to be a half member since she doesn't have a group any more? Practically speaking, she was a Kara member for only a year. As much as I wish her success in acting, it would be great if she continued singing, even if it's just in b-sides. She's still young. - Or are they going to have a featuring for every single? should we expect a rainbow member in the next release? then maybe April's Chaekyun for the one after? - Oooorrr is the real hidden member going to be Cho Shiyoon when she joins the group in their next comeback? Whatever happens, I wish them the best <3 YoungJi - the guest participant, for a publicity move and advance of group. Without her name the start of group would be not such successful. It is the trump card :-) But for this reason it is improbable that DSP will allow YoungJi to become the constant participant. YoungJi has great popularity and a demand and without group. She needs something bigger. That is this trump can be used also in other DSP projects. Besides, still there is a hope/probability on Kara return. There will be two more singles and two hidden participants. I don't think that it will be someone from April: they have in January own return, it will be heavy to combine schedules, etc. Cho Shiyoon seems want to make the actress, judging by the last speculation. It of course doesn't exclude a possibility of her participation, however it is improbable. Especially as she has limited popularity and appeal to public. Most likely it will be someone as known as YoungJi. There can be someone from Rainbow, for example Jisook(rumors go that she has prolonged the contract with DSP). And earlier it seems was able to do it not bad. Without YoungJi this part it is better to give Jiwoo completely. Judging by photos, entry was made in own recording studio of DSP. The room of expectation is similar. Probably DSP didn't involve other producers (such as Duble Sidekick), have managed to manage by own forces. Economy of means. But it has turned out not bad! Yes, it is yet not a full-fledged debut. DSP doesn't want to risk, and studies reaction of public to a non-standard concept. Therefore so far there is a lot of uncertainty, DSP (and participants of group) avoid unambiguous formulations and plans. Expenses are still minimum therefore there is no advance on television also. Or is she going to be on the next two singles too? Most likely not. Formulations of DSP are indistinct. There will be three digital singles. And on each single there will be a separate "hidden participant". YoungJi participated in "Oh Nana". It is meant that she doesn't participate in the following singles. Most likely someone from other popular actors of DSP will take part in the following singles: rumors say that it can be Kasper, A-Jax (one of group), Oh Jong-hyuk or Jisook. It makes sense since DSP try to collect for some the fan base for K.A.R.D before a debut. YoungJi has already attracted own fans, and also Kamilia. A-Jax or Kasper can make the same for example. However, it seems to me that DSP can easily change any plans now, adapting to reaction of public. If people want YoungJi in K.A.R.D, she will be there. On Melon, Youngji's name is in the song title "Oh Nana (Hidden. Heo Youngji)" Pretty obvious they're using her name. You can see that DSP isn't really investing in KARD's debut atm. Their small debut stage. Their MV (no built sets like Kara's Step which cost around 94k. Only aesthetic bg, light work, and editing magic). A-JAX debuted with an expensive MV too. Again, not a "full" debut. A co-ed group is still a risk. Even big companies don't make co-ed groups, but projects with established artists. Don't blame them for playing it safe. Yes, constant participants will be four. Initially there was a speech about it, and the figure seven has arisen obviously in a consequence of the wrong interpretation, after the first broadcast of group. Yes, DSP aren't going to risk and go for broke with the mixed group. They investigate reaction of public. Yes, participation of YoungJi and other stars of DSP, draws necessary attention to group. Digital sales and physical copies were the biggest factors in winning awards in 2009 and back, but around the popularity of Gee and Sorry Sorry, the public broadcast music shows changed the percentage weighing and made digital sales even MORE weighted partly because of the consecutive wins through fandom bulk buying. Idk if Wildkards will do this, but TIMED fandom streaming and bulk buying physical copies helps to win awards on music shows. Kamilia's did it with Kara's Lupin and Kara was able to sweep all the public music awards for one week and won awards for the next 2-3(?) weeks(triple crown for music bank I think) Kara was popular enough, but fans streamed and bought albums "equally" throughout the promotion period to get more awards. Idk if fandoms do that anymore... I'm not sure if Wildkards will be as "expertise" at setting something up like the whole fandom bulk buying and streaming at a certain time tho. If you don't support K.A.R.D, kindly leave this thread. You or something have read incorrectly, or just give the desirable for reality. I like K.A.R.D, and I like Somin (with Baby Kara). As well as YoungJi which has a direct bearing on group is pleasant it to someone or not. Here don't love YoungJi mentions, I have already noticed it.
