How much do you tip your coworkers?

I don't because our manager is the one who distributes the tips (we don't collect the tips ourselves, we do a tip pooling where the tips are collected and then distributed.)

Why would you tip a co worker?

if you work at a restaurant, some restaurants have servers do a tip-out where they provide certain co-workers like host(esses) and bussers a percentage of their tips.

Yeah I understand tipping at restaurants but never heard of the co worker thing. I haven't seen that in the US. Are you from another country?

If you've never worked at a restaurant, that's likely why you don't see it because it happens off-scene at the end of the workday after the customers leave.
