Impregnated by Eunwoo 3,207
So last May of 2016, I made a thread about Twice surpassing 2NE1's rookie year. http://onehallyu.com/topic/327913-did-twice-already-surpass-2ne1s-historical-rookie-year/ Most of you guys didn't believe on me but looking at the current state of Twice, it seems like I am correct. warukatta 6,359
I love both groups but rookie 2NE1 had such a huge influence on the kpop world during their debut (until now) so 2NE1>>>>>>>>Twice Objectively maybe, but 2NE1's and Twice's debut years are two completely different times for kpop. ^^^ that also
tobe 5,061
The replies are so calm and and educated compared to last time. Hmm I guess Twice shut y'all up real quick. Now all that is left will be the IMPACT logic
Aemond 1,408
does anyone really think twice's debut Year is comparable to 2NE1's? This is hilarious they still didn't and are not even close to surpassing 2NE1's iconic huge debut year and anyone who thinks otherwise are delulu
You Need Some Milk 4,270
All i will say is, idols have it wasy easier today then they did back then. So you cannot even compare, and impact wise 2ne1>>>>>

Nightmoon 1,526
Twice will be the first GG to ever have their own US solo concert for 20k fans Mark my word i personally doubt that with twice's current discography they can hold a concert outside asia. even 2NE1 with their discography only had 2 concert with 13k attendance back in 2012 or a group as big as SNSD do not hold solo concert in US. oneyami98 128
Is kpop when 2ne1 debuted really weak? Isn't 2009 one of kpop peaks? Why are you acting like 2ne1 really had it bad? I personally thought that their debut year is similar but hard to objectify because kpop when 2ne1 debuted, is where girl groups starts rising/one of girl groups peaks(Kara.vs.snsd.vs.wg) while kpop when Twice debuted is where there is so many girl groups that they can pops out and suddenly vanish like that

I seriously don't even need to argue sis, look at the industry today.. there are your answers. And I am not talking about how others struggles arent worth it if thats what you had in mind, dont get me wrong everybody worked hard for what they achieved. Maybe I phrased my wording wrong. All I am saying is hoobae groups have it way easier than their sunbaes.

BB having a comeback in 2015 then holding concerts next is BB 10th anniversary in 2016 with a special art exhibition held in SK, a special concert & GD's Peaceminusone grand opening. look at all BB fans in China, Taiwan, Hongkong & Macau. i am a realistic fans, i think an article about this in korea is JYP mediaplay. are you really think those tourist come to SK just because Tzuyu is there?
