Peach Macaron 1,979 Posted November 27, 2016 Share Posted November 27, 2016 "Code Geass" Compilation Movies to Prepare For New Sequel On November 27th, an Anniversary of a Miracle - Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion event at the Maihama Amphitheater in Chiba celebrated the 10th anniversary of Geass' October 5, 2006 debut. Announced at the event, the 50-episode earlier anime will be edited into a three movie Comprehensive Theatrical Version, debuting in January 2017 with re-recorded dialog and new cuts of animation. Beyond that, the big news was plans for a “Code Geass Lelouch of the Resurrection†anime set several years after Zero Requiem, which director Goro Taniguchi says stars a Lelouch who is alive and not an alternate version.
