is a runny nose the first signs of a cold after wandering out in the rain(+umbrella)

i was out with my friends(in a house) and i returned around night, and i had my umbrella, not cold,not hot but maybe its because i wore warm clothing. and now my nose won't stop running and it's really wet all the time. Does this mean that i will get a cold soon?

 

i even turned on the heating matress pad, still does not stop. I need more tissues now T^T

If it doesn't go away after a day, then usually yes.

 

If you just got back, it's normal for your nose to be runny for a few hours.

It's very possible, yes. Though I'd try some Zicam or Cold-eeze if you can have it. They help with any signs/symptoms of a cold, and even shorten it. Worked for me whenever I used it :P

Sometimes, other times it's just a reaction to the cold temperature.

i even sneezed like 2 times already, not its been hours and it doesn't stop
