Somebody calculated exactly when the goal would be reached and it did. This thing is being funded by a bot via Soros and that means it could be the recount will be rigged as well. Also Michigan machines can not be hacked as reported because all votes there are via PAPER BALLOTS. It would be very weird if they suddenly counted 20k more ballots with Hillary's name on them...
