Mind you, I don't see any other nation on OH doing this to such an extent... Do you see people discussing 25 Swedish news-related threads a day? And when the news is actually interesting, they derail the thread completely with paragraphs after paragraphs of quotes... I actually loveeeee going to the news section but this has haad a negative impact on the section and the way people reply to those threads now. I'm not even from the US and I acknowledge this is a US-based site... Which explains the impressive amount of US news. Plus, the majority of the traffic on this site is US generated (22%) https://www.similarweb.com/website/onehallyu.com#overview China doesn't even get into the top 5 countries traffic-wise so no, it makes no sense that we get so many news from such a small portion of the users. Its fine. The big issue is...the news comes from China which falsifies like...everything lol. They can say there is an underwater city in China and there is nothing the rest of the world can do to say its not real unless they go there.
