It's not Gugudan/Gu9udan, the tweet is mistakenly written. The girls dancing and singing are clearly the I.O.I members.

 

Actually I don't think so. It looks like Gugudan (although that damn video is so damn pixelated, we wouldn't be able to recognize them anyway), which is further confirmed by the logo on the top left, which is the logo of their reality show on MBC Music: Gugudan School Trip!

Hell no, they are actually Gugudan?!

 

What made me believe that they were I.O.I in the first place are their outfits cause I.O.I has similar fashion sense.
