Why high notes singers are perceived as best singers?

They are high notes that are perfectly done and some that are called forced/strained high notes.

They are called best singers because reaching a high note is more difficulty than the lower notes.

i don't care about who did it perfectly. charice pempengco is one too, first time i got goosebump and the other time, it's like screaming through my soul.

From a technical standpoint, it takes more skill to correctly hit high notes. Correctly-without strain and with resonance...even if it isn't that resonant but just relaxed and not forced.  Anybody (who can sing) can sing middle register notes well and sound good. It takes extra skill to sing high register notes well.

That's why they're considered the best.

is singing really requires belting high notes to prove they are really good singers? because my auditory seems sensitive with sounds.

Not particularly. You can strain lower notes too. Sopranos are more comfortable in their higher range, and contraltos and mezzo sopranos are more comfortable in their lower ranges.

Then it's simply your personal preference that has little to do with how good the singer is. Some people find high notes epic and some find it annoying. It's just about preference.

Not necessarily but if you're talking about BEST singers, they have to have the ability of reaching both high and low notes aside from stirring their listeners in an adventure of different emotions through their voices.  Every note in a song stirs different emotions in a listener's mind.

i think that's because they put so many high notes in her songs

Yeah. The song by her I like most is probably Shower of Tears, because it's not only her belting.

She and her company seem to only focus on showing off rather than challenging themselves and making better songs.
