Will IOI members continue to be popular after their disbandment?

Tbh, I can really only see Somi when she debuts and maybe Sohye because she's gonna be an actress continuing to be in the limelight. The rest are in small companies and probably won't get this kind of exposure/their popularity won't last when they debut. What do you think?

I hope they make her go solo. And I wish the best for the rest of the girls. Yeunjung is doing good in Cosmic Girls, Plediz Girls would be fine I think.

With the right JYP management then Somi will and Sejeong definitely will. Sohye has always done fine by her self so I'm not worried about her and Chaeyeon has started to carve a name for herself in the industry.Those ones will be fine regardless of their group success, for the others it's all up to the groups they're in and how companies manage them. Chungha worries me the most.

Dia doesn't look like they'll be popular anytime soon and knowing mbk, they will continue to screw up their promotions korea will probably forget her.

In my very honest opinion, I think Somi, Sejeong, and Sohye have the most star potential on their own. Not even really in a group, more like a Suzy/IU situation. They just have really dedicated, massive fans. Sejeong is incredibly talented and charismatic, Somi has all-around talent (she's not really severely lacking in...anything, really) and extremely charismatic too, and Sohye just knows how to play the game with getting intense fans. She has a certain it factor.

 

I think Yoojung and Chungha both have potential, so much of it, but I don't see the same drive behind them. I really hope they get lucky and are elevated somehow because both are straight fire on stage. And so damn sweet.

 

Chaeyeon should move more into the realm of acting, tbh. She's my second fave and I think she is magnetic on screen. That's her biggest chance, I think. 

 

Pinky will probably have a good chance in the new Pledis group. Nayeon too, but Pinky will probably end up more popular (as she already is). 

 

The rest I really worry about. A lot. But we shall see.

Sejeong's solo would definitely catch some attention for her since Gugudan isn't working out. Fantagio and Plediz probably will end around WJSN's level but yes. Everyone be scared for Chungha, seems like M&H haven't debuted any groups so far.

Chungha is too talented to fade away. I really want to see things work out for her. If being an idol doesn't work out, maybe she can establish herself as a notable choreographer like Bae Yoon Jung.
