nsfwwww 5,298
I just started my period and I have literally NO pads or tampons, and my mom refuses to drive me to the store to buy some. The nearest store is like literally 5 miles away and it's 10pm. Wtf do I use as an alternative to pads?

Beetsbeets 405
toilet paper, and sleep with a dark coloured towel on your bed cuz of the leaking if your flow is super heavy, borrow a diaper from a neighbour and try to cut it into the shape of a pad

knick knack 9,413
Lots of toilet paper (or maybe napkins?) If you have any old towels no one uses, use that. Or if no one minds you can use one that is needed but just wash it thoroughly.. Also double your underwear just in case
whoinside 101
Wrap saran rap around your underwear so it doesn't get dirty and then wrap toilet papers/paper towels with a handkerchief or small towel and then use it as a pad. I think this is what people did when there was an earthquake and they didn't have pads.
