Sechskies, Psy and BIGBANG will all coming back this December with full album. Take note that these aren't just a so-so KPOP act. These are BIG NAMES in KPOP with massive followers and popularity. YG will use this 3 to threaten Mnet of not letting them perform in Mcountdown. And that will be a big loss to them. It may have a long term effect. If you are Mnet, will you risk giving the Best New Artist award to a group that will disband next year and suffer the consequences of not having BIGBaNG, Psy and Sechskies performing on Mcountdown? The amount of reaching and stretching OH will do to still find a way to blame YG for their faves not winning or getting any stage time . . . I thought YG artists almost only promote on Inkigayo anyway. However, I don't really think YG can stop Sechskies, Psy, or even BigBang from performing on whatever music shows they want, if they actually want to. Psy can do whatever he wants, I sort of feel like it would be more or less the same for the others. It's different for the younger acts (and 2ne1) of course. If you remember last year's MAMA, YG mentioned at first that he wasn't sure if he will let his artists attend the award show and gave us an utterly bullshit reason. It's like a deja vu. I think it'd be a hit and go down in the books and they wouldn't have to worry about every single award and performance and appearance being drowned in salty tears from none fans like they would at award shows. No need to keep reading "Omg rigged!!!, YG buying awards again" blah blah blah I know that won't happen though. That's why I wish YG artists were managed by LSM. LSM is great at milking his artists and expanding their portfolio's and in general just making ish happen, and YG is great at cementing that "I'm a special snowflake" image. I honestly feel that unless yg artists are nominated (or better yet... know they are gonna win) YG has no intention of sending his artists to award shows. the only reason why 2ne1 was last year was probably cuz he already knew what would happen.
