Playing With Fire 353 Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 In the oral English project, we have to choose something or someone to do our project about, I chose Kim Taeyeon because I personally consider her a legend, and she is my idol that surpassed all these difficulties to become a great artist. So sones, and everyone who knows info about Taeyeon, can you please tell me some touching stories about Taeyeon as an artist and as a member of Girls' Generation? And can you please tell me about some hard times she had to go through? And some beautiful quotes or words she said? In "Girls Go To School", there was an episode/scene where Taeyeon went out to a bridge outside, at night, alone. There, she sort of teared up and confessed that she was scared and wasn't sure whether she could do it. Whether she could be a good leader and help the group be successful. She was really scared, and nervous, but she didn't let that hold her back. That day, she shouted, "I can do it! I can do it!" Even though she was scared. And now, years later, she is one of the most successful female celebrities in Korea, arguably the female idol with the largest fandom, and an extremely successful soloist, leader of the National Girl Group and legendary group, SNSD. It's really inspiring. You could play that scene of Taeyeon from GGTS, and then compare it to her current success. This always inspires me so much. Those emotions that are hard to express with words. Things like "I love you" and "Thank you", you don't really need to say those words. We can at least go backstage where it’s cool and get rest, but the fans have to stay and watch in the heat. It’s not me mom…it’s the fans who have it hard.
