Is Twice's TT already song of the year in Melon Music Award 2017 ?

Unfortunately songs and albums released in late the year before tend to be forgotten... Besides Twice will most likely release something else next year, so.

Also it was officially released in October and some awards only consider releases from November forward for nominations...

I think unless JYP messes it up, their next song will be also song of the year. Although... There's also BB last comeback.

I said Melon award only because it counts sales starting from November 1st of each year or (little bit sooner, i think)

its dumb to think that a song that actually didnt even have that big impact comparing to lets say previous Twice songs will wing song of the year in 365 days when during those days 514414225214263253. new songs will be released. and at least 1 of the will have a bigger impact and DLs than TT.

nothing against Twice or TT or anyone.

and if any idol group is gonna win song of the year on 2017 melon its gonna be BB.

No, because TT first week sales will not be included as it was release last week of October. I believe this was the reasoning why Twice wasn't nominated for New Artist of the Year being their debut was Oct 20 so for some reason MMA decided that this was enough for them to be qualified last year.
