Yes, it's because Hyejeong and Seolhyun are in the middle and Mina is closer to Vixx so it gives the illusion that Vixx are much taller. I know some male and female idols put things in their shoes to raise their height a little. Look at Choa for example. She is one of the shortest yet here she looks almost as tall as Seolhyun.
