GOT7’s Jinyoung, 2PM’s Nichkhun, Yoon Park, Ryu Seung Soo, and Shin Eun Soo will be starring in a web drama titled “School of Magic†(tentative title). The drama will be produced by JYP Pictures.

 

“School of Magic†is a drama that talks about the dreams, hopes, challenges, and failures that young people experience in life today.

 

It shares the story of five characters as they get together at the school of magic. Jinyoung will play Nara, a college student who has never dated anyone in his life and dreams of becoming a public official. Nichkhun will take on the poor yet warm-hearted Jun, while Yoon Park will be star magician Jay, who hides a deep sadness in his heart. The director of the school of magic, Master Han, will be played by Ryu Seung Soo, and Shin Eun Soo will be his daughter, Iseul, who dreams of being a dancer instead of a magician.

 

The drama’s production team explained, “From the beginning of the drama’s planning stages, we have been aiming to appropriately include novelty, humor, relatability, and emotion in its story. As spectacular as the cast and staff are, we will bring you a drama that will excite your senses.â€

 

“School of Magic†will begin shooting in July and air during the second half of this year through various outlets.
