ᆞ Hyumsuk seems like he wants to push the ocult/mysterious vibe on them, but they don't fit this concept at all. Their charms are so amazing and they're adorable, it's such a shame.. When they laugh you realize how innocent they are

I must say, I had a good time watching this episode. When the girls first came out, the smile on their face is soooo genuine. They really couldn't contain their excitement. It really shows how much they've looked forward to appear on TV. YG should've just tear down the dungeon and release them onto the public. I think that one fan message in the beginning: "Ever since BlackPink debut, I've not heard them speak." Savage af but spot on.

 

Anyway, this WI episode really showed their true personality that have remained a mystery until now (at least to me who's not a YG stan). Who knew the demure Jisoo is the definitive 4D member of the group? Who knew the badass and fierce looking Jennie is actually really awkward and shy? Who knew Jennie had such a cutesy voice and is Doni's long lost daughter? Lisa was probably the one most closely resembles her idol persona but her idol persona has always been likable so it's a good thing.

 

Overall, I think this episode really opened up BlackPink to the public. They're still kinda awkward and lost on many parts of the episode but that's to be expected as this is their first real variety show appearance. If YG is smart and let them go onto more shows I will definitely be interested to watch more of them.
