Females aren't that insecure that they'll irrationally act jealous in public at least at the events I go to. We're all grown adults and if they like what I'm wearing they say so like I do if I like their outfits. Male stares don't mean anything unless they're staring extra long or purposely trying to peep down my dress,then I put them in their place.
