Sooyoung is the most outstanding member in their roles in dramas and has the best future as an actress, Yoona has risen  with The Prime Minister and I, Sunny is the most praised member who act in musical theater and critics see a good future in acting for her, how bad that SM just think that only girls with long legs can triufar in acting!

Sooyoung/Yoona- on the same level each has it`s strengths and weaknesses.

Yuri- Average , needs more time to shine.

Sunny-I think she has potential but needs a role to show it.

Taeyeon- Same as Sunny only less confident.

Jessica- She better stick to singing,

We all know the majority is going to choose YoonA because she has the most experience. Then Sooyoung, Yuri and Seohyun. All Taeyeon had was a musical like 4 years ago, and two small ass cameos, Jessica only had one role (8 episodes) and one musical (that she did twice), Sunny and Tiffany had one musical each and Hyoyeon had two small ass cameos.

 

Makes no sense to rank them in a category only half have real experience in. Might as well rank who dances the best or who signs the best - So you can leave out another half.
