It's a literal translation, so it's not entirely correct. And it's a figure of speech, so they're not singing about being naked literally, but being truthful and such

There are 11 of them atm (the lineup is ever-changing), but one member (Kudo Haruka) couldn't participate in the dance shots cause she was injured. She's the short hair one with the hat. So there's 10 of em in the dance shots.

Original Morning Musume started with 5 members 20 years ago, and since then they had different number of members depending on the time, but never went below or back to 5 again.

 

Their longest lasting lineup had 9 members, so maybe you had that in mind
