I found her IG while I was going through the list of people Seohyun follows.

Her username is @leechungah on instagram. Next to her quote of "i'd rather be hated for who i am than loved for who I'm not" is an emoji of the kabah.

Her longtime boyfriend Lee Ki Woo was rumored to be Muslim but obviously no one really believed it since Islam isn't really popular in Korea.

still, this is really interesting.

For those of you who don't know, the kabah (in Saudi Arabia) is what the muslims pray towards.
(Someone correct me if I'm wrong)

But koreans have a variety of religions. It's not that surprising really...

Korea has a very small percentage of Muslims, most of them being immigrants from Muslim countries. It's very interesting because no Korean celebrity has ever been a Muslim (that I know of). That being said, I thought it'd be a cool thing for my fellow OH readers to know about. I didn't mean anything by it

we do

but it's not like we can measure it directly in relation to kabah, it's all related to the sun direction etc which relates to the kabah yeah

I was also talking about this, when my mom prays at home she always prays facing the door in our living room, which is the direction of the Mecca (from where we live)

I think there are differences between Salat and praying

for example: You are doing salat at certain times, 3 or 5 times a day but you can pray at any time you want.
