Some info about the drama: "The drama is set in Joseon in the 1700s and is based on true events surrounding the attempt to privatize the control of the water supply, although it will also take creative license in fictionalizing aspects of the story. (That’s a disclaimer that hardly seems necessary anymore; where once sageuks were sticklers for historical facts, now they’re mostly historical fiction.) Yoo Seung-ho plays a lonely crown prince who fights against a secret organization made up of the wealthy and powerful movers and shakers in society who want to control the water.
