I want to start drawing cartoon figures but because i have no knowledge in human anatomy i'd like it if you guys sent me a website link which helped people learn more about the human anatomy in order to draw characters precisely. Thank you very much!

Do i just copy the overal thing or there are tips? Is it just for practice? Aren't there guidelines,perhaps?

A site that will help you is www.deviantart.com a community for all art lovers. Just type in the searchbox 'tutorial poses' or 'tutorial hands' or 'tutorial eyes' and you will find loads of tutorials! 

Deviantart really helped me improve my drawings ^^

It's not a tutorial site but the images there are pretty good references. I used the images there as guides for poses when I used to draw. There are tons of them and you can manipulate the angles too.
