Jinyoung talked about his fondness for IOI!

 

In an interview with Star Today, he revealed why he made a song for IOI even while he was busy with 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds'. Jinyoung made the song "Hold Up" for IOI's new album, and he also had made the song "When The Cherry Blossoms Fade" as well as "In The Same Place" for 'Produce 101'.

 

He explained, "We started talking about it while I was filming, and I was really happy and wanted to do it. It's their last album, and I saw them since their 'Produce 101' days. It's something I experienced as well, so I knew how they felt. Some people said that they were crying too much, but I completely understood how they felt. So I wanted to take care of them. So I felt even more that I wanted to participate [in their album]."

 

"Hold Up" is not a song he had written previously, but a song that he wrote specially for IOI after he was requested. Even though he was busy with the drama, he revealed that he made time because making songs was something he loved doing.

i still remember when i first saw jinyoung in the crowd during one of the p101 stages n i freaked out lol i'm really so glad with his involvement with p101 and ioi, he's received so much love that he deserves and written so many good songs for them. i'm rarely a fan of slow songs but i tear up every time i hear a song he's composed for them lol love their team up and i'm looking forward to anything he puts out!!!

Same, I'm not a fan of ballad songs but his songs is just the right ballad with making me emotional but still make me interested aND SING SO LOUD IN THE CAR I LEAVE OTHER DRIVERS CONFUSED
