Need some help in finding softwares for speedpaints

I want to make speedpaints but Im having trouble finding the right software

I use OBS for recording, but I tend to have issues with it occasionally, and I dont think anyone really uses it for speedpaints, so maybe its not a best software? Please let me know if there's something better

The real issue is video editing soft ware

I tried windows movie maker. It was a bad idea, the software is simple but loading the videos, speeding it up, and rendering it. It took and INSANE amount of time, hours upon hours

After that I got Adobe Premier. That fixed the time problem, rendering took only like, half an hour I think?

But it's an extremely complicated software, the simplest of tasks is really tedious and I just do not want to open it again.

So can anyone recommend a better video editing software?

I have a PC and I use Windows 8

Hello! So, me personally, I used Hypercam (you can just find a free version online) for a long time but decided to upgrade it to Fraps.

There's pro's and con's of each, Hypercam was good because It recorded what I need, didn't cause any lag, and didn't take up space, but the bad part was when I saw the quality it was always terrible. Fraps is good if you have a bulkier computer that can handle it. The quality is always good and additionally it didn't lag my computer at all, but you need a bit of space because the speed paint videos would usually take up a few gigs if they were like 2-3 hours long.

Also, I used to use windows movie maker and ughhhh. Anyways, I now use sony vegas pro, any version over 11 is good. The speeding up and editing process is really self explanatory and its good with quality as well.
