Do you Plan to Move Away from your Home Country?

To Americans who are Leaving because of the Election Results this thread is NOT For You.

Now that we have that out of the way, when do you plan on leaving and where do you want to live and why?

I want to move to Quebec because I want to live in a climate that's colder, but similar than my own and I love the French language. I don't want to live in a place where there aren't lakes, forests, and wide open spaces. I think a lot of people in my state (PA) take it for granted we have so many pretty places where you can get away from everyone for a while.

Why or why wouldn't you leave your home country?

I would like to work abroad for a few years after I graduate from university, maybe in Europe or Asia, but I'll eventually return to give back to my country. I love my culture, my people, the climate, everything. I can't see myself living anywhere else permanently for the rest fo my life.

I don't want to live in Sweden anymore. They serve us arabic food for lunch. It's not edible. You can tell that Sweden is not Sweden anymore.

In school?? Do they really??

well I plan on moving to Japan and working for the JET program (not as a teacher but as a Coordinator for International Relations or CIR) once I get my Japanese speaking skills up to speed. So yes. Canada's also another place I'd like to move to since I hear it's more multicultural than the US.

I'm American, and I'm seeking dual citizenship for Japan and USA if I can.

But if I can't than I plan to stay solely American.

Japan doesn't allow dual citizenship.

I used to want to live in Japan, however after having been there, and having enjoyed it though, I don't really want to live there. However I would love to go travel and stay for a few weeks at a time in places all over the world and then go home...

I WOULD like to move to another state. I freaking despise Oklahoma. I miss my home town in California but I know it's not feasible to live there anymore though my mom and other family is out there... I'd love to live in an area like it though. Somewhere near a beach with more mild weather than Oklahoma. A small city but with other cities around it. Living in Oklahoma, I used to have to drive thirty minutes just to get to town so I don't mind driving a ways...
