Unless the person is an extremely petty person, the good that would come from "discussing what you don't like about a group" would be useless since major changes wouldn't happen. Why discuss something so stupid? here, take this fool for example what kind of "fruitful discussion" will this person bring? he wants half the group gone. Burn the atrocity they dare call stage outfits for some of these groups and give a stern backhand to all the makeup artist who think more and cake = beauty. Destroy the plastic surgery to get in policy. Get STRICT with the auditioning, no *unnecessary members. Start a law firm JUST for celebrities who have been hurt physically, mentally and/or emotionally by antis, saesangs, netizens and company's (their own and others). *If they could not sing, dance and/or rap at the start, then do not waste time trying to throw them a talent.
