Canada speaks English (and French but mostly English) and while many people in Mexico can speak English to some degree, Spanish is obviously the dominant language... And lets be clear, most of us do not support free movement. We support a pathway to citizenship for people who have made their lives here and a better situation for people who want to just come here to work.
