I don't know why a lot of Ikpop fans downgrade his looks so much, his not that ugly or plain in my opinion. His cute! and I think most believe his just a talentedless pretty face but nah, his a good actor and he already has classic hit dramas & movies. 

 

This was him around 2010-2011ish. This was the last time he was ever really active, acting & promoting. The last 5yrs his just been doing commercials.

I always find it funny how much Koreans praise his looks and look down on SEA people looks when I personally think he looks Southeast Asian than East Asian, you'll bound to see more Filipino guys who look more like Won bin than you would in Korea tbh. He has that thick double eyelid and his not even pale but Koreans go crazy for his looks (well that partially cuz of his movies and stuff but you get what I mean lol)

They praise his looks even when an unflattering photo of him is posted, they'll be like "he's so handsome, truly Won Bin's class!" even though he looks bad in that photo. But yes! doesn't he look Southeast asian? There's that Carrot dude that went viral in the Philippines who looks a lot like Won bin.

It's funny how Won Bin has that typically thick double eyelid and slightly tan skin like a lot of SEA but his the god of visuals to Koreans, his movies help the hype but still..it seems like Koreans don't really know what SEA people look like. Lee Minho also look SEA, in my opinion he does.
