Honestly I think the lineup is good as it is and she should wait a few years until her voice matures(she's not a bad vocalist but her tone...) and maybe debut w/ Lilly and Natty. She won't be added nor would I care if she were. Her being added to Twice would be a waste of money for JYPE. It would hardly increase sales for Twice but if they built a group around her popularity its basically adding a whole other level of cash flow (unless they flop). Twice's image as nine is already solid and the members are familiar to the public as a group. It'd be weird if she was add. And JYP would miss the chance to have another very successful girl group. That being said, I do think there's a chance Somi's added, despite what everyone says. TT's ending could hint at that, they have a song called 1 to 10 (or something like that) and then yesterday apparently the girls made her stay for their winning stage? I mean, that's weird... She was eliminated from joining but now that she made a name for herself, they approve of her to join now? Idk. I will support her still though and probably actively support Twice in the future. Kind of my pride coming as a Somi stan during SIXTEEN. It'd be kind of mean on jype part if they added her after eliminating her and her making a name out of herself.
