And you blame them and think negatively towards them like the whole break up ordeal was entirely their fault. Block them on facebook and in all their social media sites. Hating is also a waste of energy, imagine shes hapilly moved on while you there is still stucked in the past hating her. time does heal..i think for the first few months i really feel like dyingI agree. I think we all are have gone through this but to be honest these experiences is what makes us stronger and it gives us lessons to learn so we can be better. Yeah i know that.. i dont want to ever think of her but we were together so long a lot of things reminds me of her. Its only been a week since no contact so if i dont hate her then i will miss her instead. I really dont think shes happily moved on yet but I'll try imagine that!!
