I must say this is one of the best things Starship has done for the Monbebe fandom. MonCounsel is really good. It allows fans to remain anonymous while getting advice and help from people they look up to/admire. They listen to their problems and give feedback.

Yes it is. I also think Minhyuk & Kihyun has a segment of it on their V-App radio program where they read out fans concerns and give advice but recently they've been doing it at fansigns as well.

The one who translated I.M's was an I.M fan from twitter, and i don't know if they'll be subbing the others' segments. I hope angel subbers out there would pick up some of the other members' sessions and sub them for us <3
