Why do a lot of groups lipsync?

you're right. Even so, I understand that hard choreo performances needed it

But when certain group's choreo just practically squealing on the stage, even with loud backsound - how could we still listen that their voice cracked so badly? Can't they sing?

Well all artists that have performed on stage whilst doing choreography have probably lip-synched at least once or twice in their careers which I guess is okay but I have no idea why idols do it so much when I've heard some of them sing and dance before without lip sync and do a decently good job at it.

U know fans is like buyer, they want product they buy is good as description,

And IDOL not only selling vocal and dancing, they sell charm, face, body, talent, and etc, so they dont need to be good in singing and dancing,

This is only because fans are settling for so much mediocrity. If you want visuals only, stan models. Of course you can't expect their singing to sound the same when they're also dancing, but as professionals, they need to at least be stable. Most idols only have to go on stage and perform the song. They don't compose/write or choreograph or plan concepts, yet they still lipsynch the hell out of their performances. If I wanted your recorded vocals I'd buy the album  :imstupid:

They do not think that singing live affects the views of their fangirls who brings them money so why should they bother singing live though? I blame the fangirls who cannot see past those lipsync performances rather than the artists' themselves.

Good thing, W sings live 100% of the time and that's why it's hard to replace them.

You can't blame it on the sound system when there are other groups ALWAYS singing live and sounding good on those same music shows.

Stop ailee was the only exception at the ...was it the gaon awards 2015?...it was some awards where she failed to lift her leg up on the first try and did a little spin turn tio make up for it

Cause urr body else sounded kinda trajick even my faves

lezzzzzzzzzzzz be real some of these sound systems are treggic which shouldnt be so since thats their job to provide quality mics, speakers, djs, mixers etc...

Nowadays I'm even doubting groups who "sing live". Knowing that the use of pre-recorded live vocals is a thing made me think twice about every performance, lmao. Now I only trust radio performances.

But most lip sync probably because of bad audio system OR to not ruin the performance. I mean, if I managed a group of 5 people where, let's say, two can't sing and may ruin it all I'd mute the fuck out of them for an important performance too, sorry not sorry lel Better explain lip sync with "bad condition that day, will sing live next time" than explain a tragic performance with the same excuse.

I said music shows. Awards shows are a bit different since some of them are held outside and it's more difficult.
