OP: Anyways I do think that feeling unmotivated just means you need to take a break and remember how to see the good stuff in your life. Whether you do the good remembrance process by yourself or with friends/family you just need to do it for yourself. Prioritize on the good and then relax and Soon you'll see why you started it. It's (weight loss journey) not going to last forever (for most people) but it does take time. So appreciate what you have done so far, take a time to enjoy life and then keep going.
