minime 1,128 Posted October 28, 2016 Share Posted October 28, 2016 We in our culture eat the heads of fish, and indeed large heads are considered a delicacy and served to important guests, sons-in-law etc. A new neighbour, from a different state, just expressed shock and horror at the thought that we eat the fishheads rather than discard them.
