Although it does say that according to the characters age etc the story is most likely taking place 40-50 years after the first one and the only returning character is Xiao Ting Sheng (the other kid who became Lin Shu's/Hu Ge's disciple...do not remember if he was the dead prince's son or something). omg cant wait, but have they started filming According to the article it saids that they're planning to start filming at the beginning of November. HXM & TLY are guest stars so I don't think they have big roles. I have watched several dramas from this team/production and they all are quite good. Even NIF 2 can't reach NIF's quality but I'm confident it won't be bad. Their upcoming dramas : - When A Snail Falls in Love (currently airing) : Wang Kai & Wang Ziwen - Candle in The Tomb (Dec. 12. 2016) : Jin Dong, Chen Qiao En - The Surgeon (2017) : Jin Dong & Bai Baihe - Ode To Joy 2 (2017) - NiF 2 (2017) .......................
