My 2013 macbook pro still runs super well, I will give it to my fiance and enjoy a new Mac here soon Pretty expensive though yeah, luckily I get a pretty substantial discount. Oh and if its giving you any video/graphic issues, see this replacement program: https://www.apple.com/support/macbookpro-videoissues/ My mac has this issue, haven't gotten it fixed yet because it doesn't really cause me much issues, but I will! Trust me, with my job, it is worth it for me...and the discount is pretty hefty . I also have enjoyed my MBP more than any other laptop I have ever owned. If it wasn't for my job and the discount, I'd probably just wait until my MBP has issues before buying a new Mac (and that might take quite awhile considering how long a lot of Macs do last.) I do think they are priced too high, but if people have the money and like Macs, maybe it is worth it for them. I guess we will see with the sales if Apple made a mistake or not.
