We were damned lucky to witness what we have so far. That's the thing. I love Shinee but don't know them as well as BTS. I've been hearing that Taemin is usually more reserved when it comes to his friendships, or at least he's pretty discerning about who he gets close to (which is understandable considering his fame). He just admitted in an interview that, in so many words, he only hangs with like minded people and his circle of friends is very small. The only people I've ever seen him get touchy feely with in public are: Shinee members, Kai, Krystal (one peck on the forehead), and Jimin. He is not normally touchy freely. So seeing Taemin befriending and is close with Jimin, a younger idol/non-same age who wasnt a part of his childhood friends/trainee period, is really surprising. Alot of juniors and rookies who expressed that they're fans of Taemin and wanted to close to Taemin would be dying to be in Jimin's shoes rn.
